Hi, my name is Visham Ramphal, I grew up in a very difficult environment of poverty. My dream was never to raise a family in that kind of environment. I realised the key in realising this dream was education. Through education I learnt how to make money.

The greatest success story was using borrowed money in creating wealth. I learnt how to use the bond market in buying and selling my own private homes for profit. Not just ordinary profit but astronomical return, I bought my first house and reaped fifty percent profit in four years. One home the return was six hundred percent return in just fours years. My last home investment sold in Lonehill for fifty one percent profit in under two years.

I learnt how to convert rentals into bond repayments, how to maximise bonds for holidays, car purchases educate my children and most of all get financial power through property ownership.

I am now living my dream, a professional in management, financial planning, lecturing, education, family protection planning and mentoring. In demanding world class service personally, I am passionate in first class service delivery.
